"Had the pleasure of attending two events catered by Kaitlyn for Belfast Whiskey Week and can easily say that her charcuterie boards were one of the week's highlights. I was equally in awe of both the quality and presentation, as well as her disposition and professionalism. Kudos in particular to her sausage rolls, chutneys and creative sandwiches, especially Korean fried chicken. Only downside was that her brownies disappeared far too quickly! Really hope that she's catering more of their events next year! Much respect”
