  • Grazing Boxes: Usually we require 24-48 hours’ notice to ensure we have the products you specifically ask for in stock and allows for enough time to stock, prep, bake and schedule collections/deliveries. This helps us guarantee your order is as fresh as possible. Depending on circumstances it may be possible to place an order with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us directly and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

  • We are based in Deepdene, Melbourne 3103. Free Collection available from Deepdene, 3103. Delivery and collection times will be agreed and made available before the delivery date. We will try to accommodate all time requests; however, this cannot always be guaranteed. You will be notified of any changes to delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances as soon as possible.

  • If your event can no longer go ahead due to a change in government restrictions, we are happy to pop the booking on hold or reschedule, at no additional charge.
    We are happy to reschedule your booking with seven (7) days’ notice. The Client then has four (4) months following the postponed event to reschedule. The booking must be of equal or higher value. We will apply the Client's original non-refundable 25% projected picnic cost deposit towards the rescheduled event.
    If Good Food Grazing is not notified of intent to reschedule or change in venue a minimum of 72 hours prior to event date, no refunds of any kind will be provided.

  • A lot goes into planning and preparing your event, but we understand sometimes something unexpected can come up. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience when placing online orders. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. While we're here to accommodate your needs, we kindly request that you take note of our cancellation policy.
    Grazing Boxes and Baked Goods:
    Any cancellations made after the order is placed will incur an administrative fee of $5.00. This fee helps us cover the processing and operational expenses involved in handling your order, ensuring that we can continue to provide our services efficiently. If order has already been prepared unfortunately a refund will not be possible.
    To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to us via email goodfoodgrazing@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will guide you through the process and assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Upon cancellation, we will process your refund for the order total, minus the $5.00 administrative fee. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
    Grazing Tables and Picnics:
    Cancellations with more than two (2) weeks’ notice will be refunded excluding your non-refundable 25% projected event cost deposit.
    Cancellations within seven (7) days of the event date are not eligible for a refund. We are happy to reschedule your picnic if a request is made a minimum of 72 hours prior to event date.
    *Good Food Grazing retains the right to charge the client full fees for services or goods that occurred or were purchased for the event (ie. florals, styling, food or beverages etc.) before the booking cancellation.

  • Our Pop-Up Picnics and Grazing Tables take between 1-3 hours to be set up depending on the number of guests and package requirements. We then return at the end of your event to pack down and collect all equipment on the same day. You don't need to wash or return anything, we do it all for you. Delivery, set up and pack down is charged based on the length of table, location of event (distance/travel time) and number of staff involved.

    Pop Up Picnics - Our picnic reservations include a 3-hour booking time. If your pop-up picnic is located in a public area (park or beach), Kaitlyn will send a text message 45 minutes prior to your picnic commencing with accurate location confirmation. Kaitlyn will complete set up approx. 10 minutes prior to your arrival. If you wish to have the set up for longer, we can arrange a duration more suitable for an additional fee.

  • To assist with a quick set up and pack down, a parking space as close to the location as possible with clear access to the space is helpful. For grazing tables, we require a space to set up the display in a cool area away from direct sunlight.

  • We deliver using refrigerated storage, so your products will be maintained at below 5 degrees throughout their journey.
    Please ensure you select a delivery day when you or the recipient will be at or close by the delivery address to receive the grazing box. Our products cannot be left unattended. An email will be sent out at the least a day prior to your selected delivery date confirming delivery times. Good Food Grazing and we will always try to contact the customer if no one is able to accept delivery. If we are unable to make contact, the products will be returned to Good Food Grazing and a re-delivery fee will be incurred at the cost of our discretion or collection can be made at a suitable time. Products should be refrigerated within 2-3 hours of arrival.

  • The beauty of Grazing Tables and Pop Up Picnics is that they can be held anywhere! Your lounge room, backyard, beach, park, or function space, be creative! If you (the client) would like to hold your picnic in a public/private location, please acquire any necessary permits required. We reserve the right to view these permits before providing the picnic.

  • Unfortunately, we do not have a license to serve alcohol and therefore do not offer alcoholic beverages in any of our packages. However, Flavoured Sparkling and Still Water is served with all pop up picnic packages.
    *Please note that Alcohol is prohibited on beaches and within many public parks. Good Food Grazing takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties/injuries that occur due to alcohol consumption during your reserved picnic or grazing time.

  • Please be advised that all our grazing boxes and baked goods are prepared in a Gluten, Wheat, and Oat Free environment (Coeliac Safe). However, other food allergens are handled within the kitchen space. In some cases, allergens may be unavoidably present due to shared equipment, or the ingredients used. While we label all items containing possible allergens, there is a risk of cross-contamination. Some of our Brunch and Breakfast Boxes and Boards do include some products containing Gluten. In this case products are prepared in a separate area and separate utensils, service equipment is used to prevent cross-contamination.
    Specific allergen information is available on our website under each product.
    Our grazing platter/tables/boxes and baked goods can be modified to suit most dietary requirements. Anyone with a severe food allergy should speak to us prior to placing an order. While we make every effort to accommodate such requirements, this may not always be possible.
    Our aim is to provide great grazing boards and baked goods that can be enjoyed by all whether you are gluten free or not. After being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, herself in 2018, Kaitlyn understands and knows the difficulties dietary restrictions can have on individuals at family and friend events.

    FOOD SAFETY:
    We are registered with the local Boroondara Council and Kaitlyn does hold her Food Safety Supervisor and Food Handlers Certificate.
    Please be aware all platters, boxes and grazing tables are subject to availability and seasonality. Boxes and Platters are prepared the morning of the event, and all food should be consumed within a three (3)/four (4) hour window. If you are consuming your grazing platter later, please refrigerate within 2 hours of receiving. If refrigerating, please dismantle the box and individually wrap any products that may soften (nuts and crackers). We recommend consuming all food items on the day of delivery. After which time Good Food Grazing will not be accountable for the freshness of the food.
    Do let us know if you need to refrigerate your box and we can package the crackers separately to maintain maximum freshness.

  • We always suggest having a plan B location/option in case of rain.
    1. If it’s forecast to rain, we can change the date with three (3) business days’ notice.
    2. We can set up in a sheltered area of a park: pergola or gazebo (Good Food Grazing can supply an Igloo for an additional cost.)
    3. If it is particularly unpleasant, we can set up in an indoor venue, home, hotel.
    In the case of rain/wet weather, the Client has the responsibility to contact Good Food Grazing up to 72 hours prior to their event date to decide if they would like to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event.
    In the case the weather forecast predicts wet weather, Good Food Grazing will not assemble items outdoors.
    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds within 72 hours of your event as we would have already begun creating your picnic.

  • We cater a minimum of two (2) for our couple picnics and to a maximum of 30 guests per picnic. With special request we can do up to 100 guests, please contact us directly for a personalised quote.

  • Yes, of course! Our packages can be customised to suit your needs and requirements. Please use the enquiry forms so we can best assist you. Packages are available with or without food.

  • Guests are responsible for all event items for the duration of their booking. Please do not leave these items unattended.
    If you finish early, no problem! Please contact Kaitlyn (+61) 493 754 983 to arrange an early collection and wait at the event site for her to arrive.

  • All the Pop Up Picnic and Grazing Tables equipment belongs to Good Food Grazing and is to be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Should any damages, breakages, or losses occur during your event, Good Food Grazing will send through photos and an invoice post event to cover these costs. This will be communicated to the client within 48hours of the event/items returned.
