FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you (the “Client”) and Good Food Grazing (“we”, “our”, “us”), and apply to all services and products provided by Good Food Grazing. By accessing our website or paying your booking deposit, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

2. SERVICES
2.1 Good Food Grazing provides event styling and catering services, including grazing tables, dessert tables and picnics.
2.2 Picnic seating is “ground-style” and grazing tables are styled in “flat lay” or “tiered” formats, depending on design and space..

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 You agree to:
- Comply with these Terms and relevant Australian laws;
- Provide accurate and truthful information;
- Use our services for private, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise approved;
- Respect our intellectual property and event styling..

4. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
4.1 All pricing is in AUD.
4.2 Payment methods accepted: EFT, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal (3% surcharge applies).
4.3 A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to secure your booking.
4.4 Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event. If payment is not received by 7 days prior, the booking may be cancelled.
4.5 Additional 25% instalment may be required if booking is made 6–12 months in advance.
4.6 Changes made within 7 days of the event will incur an amendment fee.
4.7 Prices listed online are subject to change without notice.
4.8 Costs for debt recovery or collection due to non-payment will be the Client’s responsibility.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
5.1 We comply with Australian Consumer Law and deliver services with due care and skill.
5.2 Change-of-mind cancellations are non-refundable.
5.3 The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
5.4 Refunds (excluding the deposit) may be offered as a credit note at our discretion.
5.5 Rescheduling is available up to 7 days prior to your event. The rescheduled event must occur within 4 months and be of equal or greater value.
5.6 Cancellations made:
More than 7 days before the event: refunded (excluding deposit);
Less than 7 days: no refund, but may reschedule if request is made at least 72 hours in advance.
5.7 Damaged products due to our fault may be replaced or partially refunded.

6. WEATHER & LOCATION
6.1 We do not set up picnics outdoors in wet or unsafe weather.
6.2 Clients may relocate to an indoor/private setting at no extra charge.
6.3 Seven (7) days’ notice is required to reschedule due to weather.
6.4 An additional travel surcharge applies for locations 30km+ from Deepdene, VIC.
6.5 We do not supply or serve alcohol. Clients are responsible for compliance with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All content, designs, logos, and images are owned by Good Food Grazing and protected by copyright and trademark law.
7.2 You may not use, copy, reproduce, or sell any of our content without written permission.
7.3 Images shared on social media must credit Good Food Grazing.
7.4 We reserve the right to pursue legal action for misuse or unauthorised commercial use of our intellectual property.

8. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
8.1 Good Food Grazing is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss or damage;
- Equipment damage during use;
- Injury arising from event setup or services;
- Allergic reactions due to undisclosed dietary requirements. Though please note that we are not an allergy free kitchen so those with server allergies are informed prior and eat at their own risk. Cross-contamination may also occur after Good Food Grazing has set up the catering.
8.2 Clients are responsible for confirming dietary restrictions for all guests.
8.3 While we take reasonable care with allergens, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.
8.4 Clients indemnify Good Food Grazing against any claims, losses, or expenses related to their use of our services.

DISPUTES & MEDIATION
9.1 Contact us at goodfoodgrazing@gmail.com to raise any concerns or complaints.
9.2 If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
9.3 Mediation and legal costs are to be borne by the Client unless otherwise ordered.

10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
10.2 If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect.

11. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT
11.1 We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with any lawful direction regarding data or service use.
